Danah Olivetree has a Bachelor of Music degree from Northwestern University where she studied cello with Hans Jorgen-Jensen. She has performed in orchestras at Carnegie Hall, Lincoln Center, and Seattle's Benaroya Hall. Danah has also performed and recorded with dozens of bands in New York, Chicago, Seattle, and in the San Francisco Bay area, including acts as diverse as the Trans-Siberian Orchestra, Suzanne Vega, DJ Spooky, and Macklemore and Ryan Lewis. As a touring musician she has also played hundreds of shows around North America and Europe.
