Producer
Dani Macchi is a producer, songwriter and musician. His compositions and productions have been licensed for the international marketing campaigns of such Hollywood blockbuster movies as "Fantastic Four", "Minions", "My Cousin Rachel", and "Split". His music also appears in the latest Michael Moore movie "Where To Invade Next". For the last 15 years he has been the official musician of one of Italy's most listened to radio stations, RDS (over 4 million listeners). He has released several albums of production music, for labels like BMG Italy, Raitrade, Flipper, and for Selectracks, the BMG production music label based in Los Angeles. He has collaborated with artists such as the legendary British film composer Michael Nyman (writing, recording and producing a single with him), the producer of multi-platinum selling albums by Tool, System of a Down and Johnny Cash, Sylvia Massy (with whom Dani co-produced Belladonna's "The Noir Album") and the engineer of Metallica's "Black Album" Mike Tacci (who engineered Belladonna's "And There Was Light", produced by Dani). He co-founded with singer-songwriter Luana Caraffa the rock noir band Belladonna.
