Producer of Dance
A.k.a. Daniël Maters Prgrm-D
"Prgrm-D" (prenounce Program D.), is the psychedelic side of dj/producer/musician Daniel Maters. Being active as both perfoming artist and obsessive sounddesigner/producer, Prgrm-D got his groove. Dedicated to blend the world of 'a story to tell', with the universe of 'passing vibes to share'. Daniel started playing drums at the age of 5, soon the piano (age of 6) and guitar (age of 9) got his attention. On the age of 13 Daniel got interested in computer music working with “Fast Tracker II” software on a 486-system. After working in the Computer Hell Cabin in Amsterdam (Junkie XL's studio) for several weeks Daniel got infected by a "producing virus" which resulted in the slammer-remix of "smack my bitch up" (originally performed by The Prodigy). After testing the remix in his own dj-sets for 3 months, Marco V got hold of the remix. A Year later he still plays the remix in his sets and closes the mainstage at the Mysteryland festival in the Netherlands.
