A Belgian bassist and multi-instrumentalist, Daniel Schell was a key member of the 1970's fusion band Cos. After that he took to playing the Chapman stick and formed his own band Karo playing music in a similar vein but instrumental. Over the years Karo has become a catch-all for anyone accompanying Daniel Schell, covering a wide range of musical genres from classical through to ethnic music.
