Album 2016 on Noise from the Underground label
Electronic (Experimental)
This is a collection of pieces that were written or completed during June - August of 2016, when I first moved to Brooklyn, NY. I immediately became absorbed and inspired by going to art shows rather than concerts during this time, and began to look at aesthetics in an entirely different way, which is something that desperately needed to happen for me. While most works in this collection stand alone as 'studies', instead of finished 'pieces; it is an insight to an exploration of my own changing aesthetics, and there are faults aplenty, but I want it for the record of showing growth and change as a person and as a musician, for better or worse. This collection was created using an assortment of all electronic and in some regard, for standalone patches or synthesizers or controllers in Max/MSP, SuperCollider, Moog Model 15 iOS app, Pd, Moog Werkstatt-01, and fixed media. 'Give my Regards to 14th St.' is dedicated to all of the great people and artists I have so far met in New York City.
