An opera for radio broadcast, realized over the course of 2014, and completed/premiered during my residency at Wave Farm, WGXC 90.7 FM out of the Upper Hudson Valley in New York. Audio material of the instrumental parts was taken from tape parts realized in Oakland, and three concerts, performed live with instruments (and tape) in Los Angeles, Oakland, and Santa Clara, respectively. 'Pneuma' is a composition that exists in many forms; fixed media alone, concert music for a soloist or chamber ensemble with fixed media, with or without video, and as an opera for radio broadcast.
