A.k.a. Bente Thomsen
Danish singer (b October 19, 1950, as Bente Madsen). Nicknamed "Pigtrådspigen" and "Denmaks Brenda Lee" when performing with her earliest band, the Amager based band The Stomps and later The Shakers. Before that, aged 12 she toured with "Underholdnings-bussen" at various talent shows with future artists like Lecia og Lucienne and Flemming Werge. Just turned 14 she recorded her sole solo recording, "More". In 1966 she played with the all female band The Feminin Devils. From 1971 she took a 16 year break ffrom music, until 1987 when joining Entertainers (4).
