Daphne Armony (born 13 March 1956 in Kibbutz Revivim) is an Israeli rock and pop singer, musician and actress. She performed with military bands from 1975 until 1978. She gained major exposure singing and touring with Arik Einstein and Shalom Hanoch in 1979. Armony released a successful solo album in 1986 and another in 1992 but is best known for her stage work and for working with many of Israel's most popular performers. Both her first and last names are transliterated to English in a variety of ways on albums: Dafna, Dafne, Daphna and Daphne; Armoni, Armony and Harmony.
