Album DE 2014 on In Gute Hände label
Folk (Folk)
edition of 166 With their first physical album DAS HOBOS continue their Contemporary Railway Sounds where they ended it two years ago with their album Memphis-Buchloe, and expand their musical array with six post-countryesque railway tracks, which come upon cosmopolitan-digital laziness. The sound universe created by DAS HOBOS invites to listening and discovering, to dreaming and gentle dancing. Six playfully and freshly arranged songs, somewhere between Post-Blues, Indietronic, Country and Folk, take the listener on a musical journey which conveys a feeling of levity, freedom and awakening and which unmasks goals as daydreams. Since – “This is the place” – and this could be everywhere.
