After working for various labels (Grand Royal/Beastie Boys, ARTISTdirect, iMusic, PIAS Recordings) and distributors (Rough Trade Distribution, RTM, Pinnacle) Dave established Trust Management in 2003. He met Nigel Templeman in the same year and the two have been working together ever since.
