Recording engineer for film and music projects. Beta testing for JBL/Harman, Otari and API. Including automation systems. Supervising a staff of 7 technicians and 8 engineers, scheduling of technical preventative maintenance, clearing maintenance reports on a daily routine. Managing studio/client relations, development of training programs for assistant engineers, in charge of interviewing, hiring, and termination of employees.
