Ibiza based Psytrance, Chill out DJ. David Hernandez aka Imox maya was born in Guatemala in 1983. On the road before he started his music career he learnt from the wisdom of various tribes like Mayan, Aztek and Huichol which would laterl be fundamental to his music. In 2000, David started psytrance DJ-sessions in Central America and Mexico, before heading to Argentina, to enrol in DJ Performance and Production studies. In the year 2003 he started producing his own sound, to share his message with people around the globe. After years of hard working he is producing his music, developing his sound in order to create a perfect fusion between ancient mayan wisdom and powerfull psytrance and chill out. As Imox maya he has played all over Europe and Latin America in clubs, outdoor parties and festivals. Now living in Ibiza he is using the creative energies of the island, to create a new dimension of sound, and designing healing frequencies for the music. I
