Enterpreneur - Artist Manager He died in November 2012 of a heart attack He started as radio station manager, then a television producer in Australia in the 60's and then he became artists' manager in London for acts like Manfred Mann, David Bowie and The New Seekers. In the early 80’s he moved to Los Angeles where he entered the film industry as producer. He managed Gem Toby Organization and became the manager of Angel (24). In 1993 he came out as gay and HIV positive.
