David Parks

Operatic Tenor. Mr. Parks has been a soloist with the Bach Aria Group, Mid-America Productions (Carnegie Hall), and numerous opera companies and orchestras throughout the U.S. He has performed internationally with CAPAB Opera and PACOFS Opera (South Africa), the National South African Arts Festival, the Mauerbach Festival (Vienna), the Sarajevo Philharmonic Orchestra, and the Spoleto Festival. He has won awards in the semi-finals of the National Association of Teachers of Singing competition and the Metropolitan Opera National Council auditions. Parks joined the Ithaca College School of Music faculty in 1987 and is a Professor of Voice there currently.
