David Pepin
David Pepin is a retired primary school teacher living in the North Pennines with his wife, concert pianist June Clark. As writer of the many books in the ‘Let’s Explore’ series for young people he published these popular guidebooks with Spectrum Publications, the company which was run by him and his wife. He is also author of the book ‘Discovering Cathedrals’ published by Shire Publications, which includes many colour photographs taken by him and his wife. He is an accomplished watercolour painter, and black and white sketch artist, with some of his work in publications by other authors. An Anglican by tradition he is also a local preacher in the Cumbria Circuit of the Methodist Church, and is involved in various ecumenical organisations.
