(Later to become known as the "Essex Music Group") Established the independent production companies funded by "Essex"- (For the purpose of signing artists and leasing works to the major record labels) - Straight Ahead Productions Ltd., Noeland Productions Ltd., Tarantula Productions Ltd., Tuesday Productions Ltd. and Hummingbird Productions Ltd. - collaborating with producers, including Gus Dudgeon, Bill House, Rodger Bain, Denny Cordell and Tony Visconti. Founder / owner of Bucks Music Ltd., established Onward Music Ltd. following the demerger of the "Essex Music Group"
