Wild Ponies: Lost & Found Rarities (Volume 1)

Album US 2011 on Fire Inside Productions label

WILD PONIES: LOST & FOUND RARITIES (VOLUME ONE): A collection of almost-lost broadcasts, concert clips, demos, studio outtakes, and rarities from the deep archives of Davy Jones. Highlights of Volume 1 include jam sessions and demos 1972-73, very rare live Toast tracks from 1979 (with a rollicking cover of "Jeepster" by T. Rex), studio demos and a single 1982, a delightful country-gospel version of "Daydream Believer, and "You Can Count on Me" from the MY TWO DADS TV show in 1988. Guests include Dick Clark, Alan Green, Jimmy Snow, & Doug Trevor.
