De Foetsie's

Band,
Pop

Dutch parody act, known for making two risqué translations of Fugees hits in 1996. Female lead singer Louisa Verwoert (née Beagan, a.k.a. Miss Lipstick) went on to be a session vocalist for several Dutch artists, and participated twice in the Dutch nation song contest (Nationale Songfestival), which serves as a selection for the Eurovision Song Contest, with two different groups: Nubia (2) and Friday Night Fever. The latter group consisted of herself and her future husband Harold Verwoert.
