The lyrics are inspired by and derived from the work of writers like: Venedikt Jerofejev, Flannery O’Connor, Jan Arends, Wolfgang Borchert and Nicolaj Gogol. The CD comes inside a picture which itself is inside a corrugated frame. You can get the CD out of the picture by pulling a ribbon. The frame also contains a tv-guide ("Vlaskoorts Programmablad") with pictures, text, lyrics (Dutch and English) and illustrations. Recorded and mixed at Studio Toon, Koog aan de Zaan, Spring/Summer 1999
