Reissue of 2003 release. Original version was a Video CD. This DVD includes a slideshow and extra photos taken in Chicago before the accident. The hospital stay video is presented unedited. The audio consists of ambient background sounds and dialogue only. Comes in the same type of bag as the original. Includes a small piece of tubing from the hospital in 1999 and copies of hospital documents. This is an edition of 27. The catalog numbers and labels are not present on the release.
