Polish Melodic Death/Thrash Metal formed in 2009 in Katowice. The band was formed in 2009 under the name Thunderstorm. Founded by a group of friends for a long time did not show his creativity to the world. Multiple changes in the composition prevented efficient creative work, however, in the autumn of 2010 the situation stabilized and a permanent composition was completed. In winter 2010, the band's name was changed to DECAY. Under the new name, the band began to give concerts presenting mainly their material on performances. The first concerts took place in Leśniczówce (Chorzów), pub Korba (Katowice), or Pub Tawerna (Siemianowice Śląskie). In the spring of 2011 the first demo of the band was recorded "Law to Revenge" containing 4 songs (available only on the web). In August 2012, the third edition of the "Silesian Butchers" compilation featuring the song Fri. "Cannibal" recorded especially for this occasion. The music played by the band is widely understood metal. It is difficult to classify it more precisely, however, the members themselves say that they are closest to melodic death metal. Each song is different from the others and draws a bit from various genres. Currently, work is underway to change the sound of the demo recorded in 2011, which will be released on its own in the near future.
