Hip-hop and soul vocalist, occasional protegé of Snoop Dogg. In 1993, at the age of 20, Delano released the single "Young Luv". In 2002, after auditioning and making it to the American Idol first season semifinals (only thirty contestants remaining), he was sent home for being over the program's cutoff age of 24 years old (he was 29) when his application for the show stated he was 23. In 2003, he co-performed the song "Girls, Girls" off the "Malibu's Most Wanted" Soundtrack with Snoop, E-White, and Jamie Kennedy (aka B-Rad). The song "Girls, Girls" was also issued as a promotional single. In 2004, he appeared with Snoop on Snoop's "Welcome To Tha Chuuch Volume 2" CD, on the song "What's Your Fantasy".
