A.k.a. Delia Parolari Vallejos
He was born on September 5, 1930 in Callao, (Peru). His father was an Italian immigrant and his mother was Obdulia Vallejos with whom he lived on Constitution Street in El Callao. With this title of first song of Peru traveled to Argentina in 1946, at the age of 16, where he triumphed as exclusive artist of Radio Splendid of Buenos Aires and recorded twenty songs for the seal Odeón of Argentina. Among the most acclaimed are The Hermit, Amelia and How can I forget you. On returning to Peru he continued to spread Peruvian music. In the year 1942 participated in the theatrical representation of the subjects of Felipe Pinglo with remembered success through the Musical magazine. He passed away on October 17, 2005
