Denise Palma Ferrante

Australian-Italian visual artist. She worked as a barman and manager at Hoxton Square Bar & Kitchen (London), then at Ost Gut/Panorama Bar (Berlin). She founded the Bistro in 2009, a monthly supper club with Benjamin Alexander Huseby, and has been working in catering and food festivals while developing an artistic practice through the mediums of photography, sculpture (with food), performance and installation.
