British serial killer and necrophiliac aka The Muswell Hill Murderer and The Kindly Killer, active from 1978 to 1983. He was born in Fraserburgh (Aberdeenshire) in Scotland, the 23 of November 1945 and killed 15 young homeless guys by strangulation. He's sentenced to whole life tariff.
