A.k.a. Derek Smith

Also known as The Amazing Mr. Smith. Derek Smith was born on April 1st 1948. On Sunday December 8th 2013 he leapt off the cliffs at Bridport, Dorset to his inevitable death. He was a one-off genius with a massive IQ and a capacity to study Maths, Science, Music to an incredibly advanced level. He worked for the company that eventually became SmithKleinBeecham in their heart specialist department researching medicines and treatments for heart problems. He also suffered from depression and was taking an antibiotic to combat toothache made by SmithKleinBeecham which increases propensity to commit suicide. A brilliant guitarist and a very experienced touring artist across Europe and the USA, his like will not be seen again.
