Desire White

Desire is related to the White-family of the "Institutional Church Of God In Christ" in Brooklyn, New York, such as her uncle is Bishop J.C. White, former director of the "Institutional Radio Choir". Her mother Doris White was the featured soloist on the gospel hit entitled "Reach Out". As a child prodigy, at the age of seven, Desire was the featured artist with the "Institutional Children's Choir" gospel hit "How Much More". As a member of Don Blackman's "Family Tradition", Desire is featured on "You Ain't Hip" and "Let Your Conscience Be Your Guide" on the "Blackman" album.
