4 CD bag set. 333 numbered copies pressed. The bag/pouch comes in black silk, with DEVIL DOLL sticker, 12 page additional booklet with DEVIL DOLL chronology, exclusive photos and sheet music. All copies have totally different inscriptions on page 11, hand written by Mr. Doctor. Extra limited edition of 30 copies were also made, and housed in a 32 x 17 x 13 cm black coffin. The bag/pouch appears in velvet instead of silk, and comes in the colours purple and black. RENAISSANCE RECORDS confirms that 20 copies or more are black, while 10 copies or less are purple.
