Sound engineering, concept and arrangements by David Khan. CD mastering by Arnie van Bussel at Nightshift Studios, Christchurch, 22 March 2000. Layout and image processing by Peter Wright. Illustrations by Gustav Dore (1832-83) from 'Inferno' 1857-61. Packaged within folded black card. Also accompanied by four inserts each bearing a track title, corresponding image by Gustave Dore, and an elemental symbol.
