Published as part of S.M.S. folio number 5 which also includes visual works by Robert Rohm, Mel Ramos, Bruce Nauman, William Schwedler, Wall Batterton, Lawrence Weiner, Angus MacLise, Edward Fitzgerald, Neil Jenny, Yoko Ono, William Copley and Congo the chimp. The poem is dedicated "for Eleanor who likes to see her name in print". Mounted to a four-page card booklet, inside and on the back of which the complete text of the poem is printed (though Wakoski transposes the order of two words in the reading). Edition of 1,200 copies.
