British jazz guitarist, banjoist and vocalist. Born : April 16, 1935 in London, England. Worked with "Brent Valley Jazz Band", Alan Elsdon, "Charlie Conner's Band", Chri Barber, Lonnie Donegan, led own "Sidekeks", Mickey Ashman, Kenny Ball (spring 1959-early 1960 and May 1960-November 1960), Monty Sunshine (early 1961-spring 1964), in own trio, Terry Lightfoot (1968-1971), "Rod Mason-Ian Wheeler Band" (1974-'75), Rod Mason, Roy Pellet.
