Didi Könen; German and sometimes Eifler dialect singing songwriter and frontman and his band "Die Konsorten" play mature, song oriented guitar pop. Beside new songs they present highlights from their band history. Wittily pointed songs with Eifel rural smear telling of the "Sommer in Wittlich" or the "Kirmes am Dorf" belong to the repertoire as well as melodic pop songs á la "Farben" or lyrical ballads like "Katrin". The Wittlich band, all experienced musicians and small town companions, bring the multi-faceted arranged songs authentically to the stage.
