Album UK 1959 on The Classics Club label
Classical (Baroque)
White Classics Club label with black text., and music stave logo. "REMBRANDT SERIES" on the top of both labels with corresponding artist's head image (in negative format!). "FULL DYNAMIC RANGE HIGH FIDELITY" on both labels at 9 o'clock position. "Made in England" on both labels at 6 o'clock position. On the labels the catalog number / matrix is simply shown (at 6 o'clock position) as "X124A" on Side 1 and "X124B" on Side 2. Mysteriously the stamped matrix details on each runout appear to match the label for the opposite side of the LP! The labels are, however, consistent with the music contained on that side of the LP. Sleeve sealed in the centre of the open edge with tape (see images): "FACTORY FRESH AND SEALED" / "NEVER BEFORE PLAYED" "R.I.A.A. CURVE" printed at bottom centre of sleeve back. Subsequently reissued on Saga XID 5140 in 1962.
