They had their last concert 2018 June 27 at the Oslo Pride. The band included: Artur Wilczynski: Artur «Stix» Wilczynski is Canadas Ambassador to Norway and the groove behind Diplomatic Immunity. He spent the early 80’s banging out punk tunes in a garage band in Montreal. His biggest musical influence is Animal from the Muppets. Randy Stocker: Acoustic/rhythm guitar, vocals; Government of Canada employee by day, aspiring balladeer by night. Jim DeHart: Deputy Chief of Mission/Charges d’affairs at the US Embassy Oslo, has played in a string of mediocre rock bands throughout his 24-year diplomatic career, including «Rogue State» and «Taliband» during his time in Afghanistan. He is known for his laconic guitar style, with riffs so amazingly slow they defy the laws of physics. Ørjan Tverbakk: Motor Pool Supervisor at the U.S. Embassy, 15 years and counting in US State Department. Started his first punk rock band in 1979 and has never really stopped. Previous experience from bands like «Terror For Jesus» with their monster hit «Lesbian Toe Suckers» landed him the «Diplomatic Immunity»-gig. Self-proclaimed bassmeister and rock’n roll-instructor. Erik Skøld: Actor, teacher and Artur’s Personal Trainer. Has been deeply involved in dubbing and voice acting for over 20 years.
