DIRE STRAITS Westwood One Superstar Concert Series # SS 87-15 Live at Wembley Arena, London 10 July 1985 Original Airdate: 17-19 July 1987 1987 pre-FM Triple Vinyl LP Recorded live during the Brothers In Arms Tour and sent to radio stations in the U.S. for broadcast, this is the earliest incarnation of this show. This concert was reproduced many times following this on LP and compact disc. This set features host Charlie Kendall and commercial blocks from Coke, Coke Classic and Sprite. Solid Rock, Expresso Love and Romeo And Juliet were NOT captured at Wembley Arena in '85, but were taken directly from the official release Alchemy - Dire Straits Live (which was recorded at The Hammersmith Odeon in London on 22–23 July 1983 and released on 16 March 1984) and edited into the show by Westwood One.
