In 1995 Disastrous Din developed as a side project of Thomas Gäbhard who opens here another field of musical expressions. Now he finally is able to work with all the sound structures which in his other projects had been restricted too much or were just misplaced. Located in the wide area of experimental music Disastrous Din copes easily with the bridging between rhythmic, violent noise-collages, gloomy-hypnotic, spherical sound pictures and minimalized Industrial music.
