District was formed at the end of 2008 by Anders Larsen, Erdi Özdemir & Kenni Frederiksen. All 3 already knew each other, but one day, they finally teamed up to produce some trance music together and then, District was born. District is signed to one of Scandinavians leading DJ's, Michael Splint's label "Good Stuff Recordings". They are mainly known for producing in the uplifting, energizing & melodic style, with emotional & dreamy breakdowns, combining old styled trance with new styled trance together, to make the trance-genre, a still listenable genre. The idea about District is to keep the world of trance up and running, to really want people to think about, how this beautiful genre can touch a heart. The inspirations comes from the experience of the days, the natures, and of course, from the heart. They say, Trance is not only about "closed eyes, lay down and dream" kind of thing. It's all about love, feelings & sadness - to express your own emotions. District has also remixed for such artists as Chris Kay, Ben Bording & Michael Splint and there is more to come!
