This is a private release from the cult saxophonist Bengt "Frippe" Nordström on his own Bird Notes label (Frippe Records written on the label on the copy in the pictures). Normally he would press up 5 to 10 copies to give to his friends. The recordings on this particular issue was probably recorded off Swedish national radio in the 50's onto Frippe's 1/4 inch tape machine.
