A.k.a. Tito Manlio

Italian lyricist (Naples, February 16, 1901 - Rome, May 4, 1972), better known under the pseudonym of Domenico Titomaglio. Songwriter in Italian language and in Neapolitan dialect (considered a real idiom). His most famous work is undoubtedly "Anema e Core" (How Wonderful To Know), celebrated all over the world also in English. Not to be forgotten among his songs the very romantic "Nu Quarto 'e Luna".
