Don Adams was an American actor, comedian and director. Born: April 13, 1923, Manhattan, New York City, New York, USA Died: September 25, 2005, Los Angeles, California, USA He was best known for his role as secret agent Maxwell Smart on TV's hit 1960s sitcom Get Smart. Later in his career, he was the voice of Inspector Gadget on the popular 1980s cartoon of the same name.
