Is the producer behind the likes of Lady Alma as well as the abstract remixer for Fertile Ground, Wunmi, and Alison Crockett, among others. He's recorded for several labels including Sony Music, Futuristica, and Gotsoul taking them to new heights with his nu-jazz and future funk productions. He's worked with world renown producers such as Danial Lanois (Bob Dylan, U2, Sinéad O’Connor) and his music has been played by the likes of Daz-I-Kue, and Jojoflores. He's won an award for Best Album of 2005 by KUSF radio and was nominated for Best Electronic Album at the Canadian Urban Music Awards (2001). Don-Ray has played live at several festivals including the Toronto Jazz Festival and DJed for others such as the St. Jean Baptiste Day Festival in Montreal. He maintains a podcast entitled Midnight Maraudaz which is currently the highest rated in its category. It has also garnered him worldwide attention and respect from Brazil to Japan.
