Donald Arthur (born 29 April 1937, New York City, New York, USA - died 21 September 2016, Munich, Germany) was an American German speaking actor, opera singer and voice actor. He moved to Europe in 1960. For the German versions of The Simpsons and South Park he provided the voice of "Kent Brockman" and Chef (4) respectively.
