Romanian conductor (b. May 5, 1949 in Cluj-Napoca). Between 1971 & 1987 he was the resident conducter at Orchestra Filarmonicii din Sibiu, and from 1987 he became the resident conductor of Orchestra Simfonică A Filarmonicii Din Arad; in 1992 he was named Director of Filarmonica Arad, a position he held up to 2007.
