British ex-pat Canadian radio DJ, songwriter, music journalist and record executive. Born to British parents in Calcutta, India, schooled in South Africa, Belgium and England, emigrated to Montréal in the late 60's. One of the original announcers on Montreal's CKGM-FM when it first changed to AOR format and renamed itself CHOM in Oct 1969 and remained with the station until ca. 1973. Founder of Montréal record label Absolu in 1972. Was manager of Roger Hodgson after he left Supertramp.
