Electro pop - new romantic duo Formed by Department S' Eddie Roxy in 1981, along with Phil Reed. They released two singles. Their first "Outside Looking In", co-written and produced by Steve Jolley & Tony Swain gained cult status through the years. Eddie Roxy rejoined Department S when they reformed in the late '00s.
