Unlike the insert, the date of recording on the cover is 12/93. There seems to be an another discrepancy, the credit for the cover art. The insert reveals the band had a 'secret weapon': Chris of Huggy Bear made the cover (so Chris Morbius is an alias). Edition of 500 copies.
