Due to a dying music scene, shows were hard to come by, giving drudgery a chance to reinvent their sound. Phat beats, mean riffs, madd bass, intense rhymes and random screams form a style and feel captured to the fullest in their live shows. The chemistry these five create on stage has grown through hard work and dedication, giving their fans an opportunity to become a part of their music. With well over 200 sold copies of their self-titled demo, recorded in August of 1998; and now a second recording, the "humans e.p.," recorded July of 1999. Drudgery have built a constantly growing fan base most prominently seen through use of their website. By way of the internet and the many friendships formed with other bands, drudgery have been able to venture to bigger and better places aquiring many more fans along the way. With four long years behind them, a fresh new sound, and their intense live shows there is no doubt that drudgery are the new revolution of heavy hip-hop.
