Tracks 1 to 22 recreate a digital version of a rare Australian promo LP which consisted of Nick Rhodes and John Taylor talking about each song on the Rio album, followed by the track itself. The interview tracks come from a different source than the music itself, and as a result are of somewhat inferior sound quality. Also included are the four original promos done by Nick and/or John to advertise the upcoming radio show. Tracks 23 to 29 are bonus tracks not part of the original LP. Tracks 24, 26, and 28 are interviews with Simon and Nick, recorded roughly around the 20th anniversary of Rio's release. Tracks 23, 25, 27, and 29 are various B-sides and remixes from the Rio album.
