Ghanaian rapper and producer, born 28 June 1983 in Dansoman, Accra, Ghana, performing a variety of styles ranging from hip-hop, hiplife and azonto, performing with lyrics in English, Twi and Pidgen.
In 2008, E.L. signed with Jayso's Skillions Records and forming the group Skillions releasing the acclaimed mixtape "Skillionaires" along with Ball J, Gemini, Kevin Beats, Killmatic and Lil' Shaker. He then pursued a solo career after the groups break up, releasing the single "Chale (So Fli)", with Jay Foley, Wolf and Kwaku T. He subsequently signed a record deal with BBnZ Live, releasing his solo debut album "Something Else" in 2012 on Akwaaba Music. His sophomore album "B.A.R. (Best African Rapper)" was released in 2014, followed by the release of "B.A.R. 2" a year later. In 2016 he released his album "Elom (Everybody loves original music)" earning him the award for "Artist of the Year" at the Vodafone Ghana Music Awards.
