Original US release on Nega Fulô Records, plain black die-cut cover with title sticker. Limited edition. Sleeve sticker: "In memory and appreciation of two very special fans: Martin Hannett and Larry Levan. May their legends live on!" Label copy: "There Was A Time … inspired by Mr. 'please please please' (don't sue us!) James Brown" In 1995, Nuphonic discovered a stash of about 400 unsold copies in New York, and distributed them in the UK. UK copies are identical to the US copies, save for an extra Nuphonic sticker on the plain black cover, giving the Nuphonic catalogue #.
